Papa Roach

How I originally became a fan: I heard a ringtone of Papa Roach's famous song 'Last Resort' and decided i really liked the tune. I searched it and downloaded the song and fell in love. I thought the lyrics were amazing and reflected on how i felt sometimes. Before i got into Papa Roach my fave band was Linkin Park so i regulary watched Kerrang and saw another one of their songs 'Between Angels And Insects', i got straight on the comp and downloaded it. I also downloaded other of their songs such as 'Broken Home' and 'Time and Time Again' and i decided that i was hooked on Papa Roach so much that they took the place of Linkin Park in my fave bands. Christmas was comming up and i heard their new single 'Getting Away With Murder' and knew it was the first song relese from their new album titled that. I looked on the net to see what album the other songs i downloaded was from and it came up with 'Infest' their second Album. I got them for christmas and now it's basically the only thing i listen to. I filled in a aplication form to join the official PapaRoachTEEM website which stands for 'Team Explosive Energy Movement' and they read it and accepted me in.

What I like best about the band: Their not fake and copy peoples songs. The lyrics are written by the vocalist Coby Dick and it all comes from the heart and from his past experience (Exept 'Revenge'). They get involved with the TEEM website and do alot for their fans. Their also not suck up and are very down to earth.
